CANCELLATION POLICY
​
As a courtesy, please provide at least 24 hour notice when canceling or rescheduling an appointment.
We realize that appointment changes on occasion are unavoidable. Please bear in mind that cancellations and no shows lead to loss opportunities for both your stylist and our guests.

Guests who persistently cancel or do not show up for an appointments may be asked to prepay for future services. Such services will only be redeemable at the time of the scheduled appointment and the charge will be non-refundable.

LATE POLICY
​
Please be aware that if you are more than 15 minutes late for your appointment, we may not be able to provide the service for which you have been scheduled and may be considered a No Show.

ADJUSTMENT POLICY
​
Adjustments may be rendered at no additional charge, provided you schedule the adjustment within 72 hours of the original service, and that the adjustment takes place within 2 weeks of the original service and with the original stylist who provided the service.
