CANCELLATION POLICY

As a courtesy, please provide 24 hour notice when canceling or rescheduling an appointment. As per our standing policy, appointments cancelled or rescheduled with a less than a 24 hour notice will result in a charge equal to 50% of the scheduled service. “No-shows” will be charged 100% of the scheduled service. 

 

We realize that appointment adjustments on occasion are unavoidable. Please bear in mind that cancellations and no shows lead to loss opportunities for both your stylist and our guests. Reserving multiple appointments with the intention of keeping only one is not permissible.

ADJUSTMENT POLICY

Adjustments may be rendered at no additional charge, provided you schedule the adjustment within 72 hours of the original service, and that the adjustment takes place within 2 weeks of the original service and with the original stylist who provided the service.

LATE POLICY

Please be aware that if you are more than 15 minutes late for your appointment, we may not be able to provide the service for which you have been scheduled and may be considered a No Show.
